ACP cladding for elevations and facades across Delhi NCR
Most of what people judge about a building happens on the front elevation. We do the framework, the panel work and the sealing as one job, which matters, because a good sheet fixed to a badly levelled frame still looks bad from across the road.
The elevations we clad
ACP is two thin aluminium skins bonded either side of a core. Almost every argument about quality comes down to two numbers nobody prints on the front of the brochure: how thick that aluminium skin is, and what the core is made of.
Front elevations, residential
Kothis and builder floors across East Delhi, Ghaziabad and Noida. Usually a grooved panel layout with a contrast band, sometimes wood-finish over the balcony line. Done off scaffolding, so the visit tells us more than a drawing does.

Office and commercial facades
Full-height cladding on an office block, often run together with glazing so the panel line and the glass line meet properly. When both are done by different contractors you can usually see the joint from the street.

ACP with glass glazing
Panel and glass in the same elevation, which is what most showrooms and small office fronts actually want. The glass gives you the daylight and the ACP hides the slab edges and the plumbing runs.

Shopfronts and signage bands
The fascia above a shop, the column wraps either side, and the reveal the signage sits on. Small area, high visibility, and the one place where a wavy panel is noticed by every customer walking in.

What separates a good ACP job from a cheap one
Skin thickness
The aluminium skin either side of the core runs from about 0.18mm at the cheap end to 0.50mm. Thin skin is why an elevation looks wavy in flat afternoon light, an effect the trade calls oil-canning. It is not a fitting fault and it cannot be corrected afterwards.
PE core or FR core
A plain polyethylene core is the standard low-cost sheet. A fire-retardant core costs more and is the right call on taller buildings, stairwells, hospitals and anywhere the client has a fire brief. We will tell you which one your job needs and quote both if you want to see the gap.
PVDF against polyester coating
PVDF holds its colour for years under Delhi sun. A polyester coat is cheaper and starts to chalk and fade on the south and west faces within about three summers, which is exactly the wall everyone looks at.
The framework underneath
Panels are only as flat as the frame carrying them. We set out the tube framework and level it before a single sheet goes up, fix into the structure with anchors rather than into plaster, and leave the joint gap consistent so the shadow lines run straight.

Supply and fitting, before GST. Plain solid-colour panel on a straightforward wall sits at the bottom. Mirror, wood-finish and metallic panels, FR core, curved work and anything above the third floor push it up. ACP with glass glazing is quoted from ₹320 per sq ft on the glazed area.

Site visit and survey
We come and look at the elevation. Measurements off a drawing miss the things that cost money later: the projection over the balcony, the AC boxes, the drain pipes that have to be worked around and whether scaffolding can stand where it needs to.
Framework and setting out
Tube framework anchored to the structure and levelled before any panel goes up. Joint lines are set out on the frame so the grooves line through across the whole face rather than drifting a few millimetres a floor.
Panel work and sealing
Sheets routed, folded into trays and fixed. Joints filled with a weather-grade silicone, not an acetic one that goes yellow and lets go. Then the protective film comes off in one pass at the end, not floor by floor.
Questions we get on every acp cladding job
What is the ACP cladding rate per sq ft in Delhi?
Between ₹220 and ₹320 per sq ft for supply and fitting, before GST. Plain solid-colour panel on a straightforward wall is at the bottom of that band. Mirror, wood-finish and metallic panels, a fire-retardant core, curved sections and high-level work move it upward. ACP with glass glazing starts around ₹320 per sq ft on the glazed area.
What is the difference between a PE core and an FR core?
The core is the layer sandwiched between the two aluminium skins. A polyethylene core is the standard, lower-cost sheet. A fire-retardant core carries mineral filler that resists flame spread and costs more. Taller buildings, stairwells, hospitals and most institutional briefs should be on FR, and we will say so at the survey rather than after the order.
Why does some ACP cladding look wavy?
Two reasons. Either the aluminium skin is too thin, often 0.18mm or 0.21mm, which shows as ripples in flat afternoon light, or the framework underneath was never properly levelled. The first cannot be fixed once it is up. The second is why we set out and level the whole frame before the first sheet goes on.
How long does an ACP elevation take?
It depends far more on scaffolding and access than on the panel area. A shopfront fascia is a few days. A full residential elevation of 1,500 to 2,500 sq ft usually runs two to three weeks. We commit to a date after the site visit, once we know how the scaffolding can stand.
Which ACP brand do you use?
Whichever the job and the budget call for. We work with the mainstream Indian brands and we quote the sheet by name, grade and skin thickness so you can compare like with like. If a quote you have does not name the skin thickness, that is the number to ask for.
Do you do ACP work outside Delhi?
Yes, across Delhi NCR: Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. East Delhi and Ghaziabad are next to the workshop so surveys there are often same-day.
