East Delhi, Shahdara and Ghaziabad are on our doorstep, so measurement there is usually same-day. For Gurugram, Faridabad and Greater Noida we fix the visit a day ahead and carry the full sample kit.
Quickest way to a number
Send three things on WhatsApp and you will usually have a ballpark rate the same day: a photo of the opening or the wall, a rough width and height, and the area you are in. That is enough for us to tell you whether the job is worth a visit.

Is the site measurement free?
Yes, anywhere in Delhi NCR, and there is nothing to sign afterwards. We measure, send a written rate, and if you decide to go elsewhere that is the end of it.
Can you give a rate over the phone?
A ballpark, yes, if you send a photo and rough sizes on WhatsApp. A firm rate needs a measurement, because the opening, the plaster line and the fixing surface all change the figure. We would rather give you one number that holds than a low one that moves.
When do you need an advance?
After the measurement, once the written rate is with you and you have agreed it. Never before.
How quickly can you visit?
East Delhi, Shahdara and Ghaziabad are usually same-day or next-day. Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida and Faridabad we fix a day ahead so the team can carry the full sample kit.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes, and it is worth doing if you want to see section weights and glass samples side by side. Ring first so somebody is there to show you round.
