Aluminium windows, made and fitted across Delhi NCR
Most of the window work we do here is sliding or Domal-Z. If you are on a main road, put double glazing on that side and you will notice the difference the first night. We measure your opening, fabricate to it, and our own team fits it.
The four types we fit most
All of it in Jindal sections. Standard series runs around a 27mm profile, and we go heavier on tall or wide openings because a thin section on a 7ft shutter will rattle within two summers.
Sliding, 2-track and 3-track
The default for flats and balconies. Two track for a plain two-shutter opening, three track when you want a mesh on its own runner or three panels across a wide gap. Nothing swings inward, so you lose no floor space.

Domal-Z system
A heavier system section with a deeper interlock, so the shutters meet properly and stay smooth for years. Costs more than a plain sliding and is worth it on wide openings or anywhere the wind hits hard.

Hinged casement
Opens inward or outward on hinges and shuts against a gasket all the way round, which is why it seals better than any sliding. The cheapest of the four per sq ft, but the shutter needs room to swing.

French windows
Floor-to-ceiling glass on a hinged or sliding frame, usually opening on to a balcony. Toughened glass only at that size, and we bring the section weight up to carry it.

Glass and finish decide the price, and the comfort
Double glazing
Two panes with a sealed air gap. On a main road it cuts the traffic noise down to something you stop noticing, and it keeps the room cooler in May. Use two different thicknesses in the unit, it works better than two of the same.
Glass options
5mm clear float for internal and shaded sides. 6mm toughened where safety or size demands it. Reflective or heat-reflective on west and south faces. Frosted for bathrooms. We show you samples at measurement.
Powder coat or anodised
Powder coating gives you any RAL shade, white and off-white being the common choices, and a wood finish if you want it. Anodising costs a bit more and holds up better against Delhi dust and rain over the long run.
Mesh, grills, hardware
Mosquito mesh on its own track. Grills in matching aluminium or MS, inside the frame or on the outer face. Rollers, locks and handles are quoted by name so you know what is going in, not just "imported fittings".

₹425 to ₹750 per sq ft, fitted
Supply and fitting, before GST. Hinged casement sits at the bottom of that band, 2-track sliding in the middle, 3-track and double-glazed units at the top. There is usually a minimum area on small orders, and one or two windows always work out dearer per sq ft than a whole flat.

Measurement
We measure the opening ourselves, check the plaster line and see what the frame will fix into. Sizes taken off a phone photo are a guess, and guesses cost you later.
Fabrication
Cut and assembled at our workshop off Dilshad Garden, not on your floor. Corners are machined and joined so the shutter sits square, which is what keeps it sliding smoothly in year five.
Fitting
Our own team. Weep holes drilled, EPDM gaskets in place, outer joint sealed, then every shutter, lock and mesh tested with you before we take the balance.
Questions we get on every aluminium windows job
What do aluminium windows cost per sq ft in Delhi NCR?
Supply and fitting works out between ₹425 and ₹750 per sq ft before GST. Hinged casement sits at the bottom of that band, 2-track sliding in the middle, and 3-track or double-glazed units at the top. Glass thickness, section weight, finish and floor height decide where you land.
Sliding or openable, which is better?
Sliding costs less, needs no swing space and suits balconies and small rooms. A hinged casement seals tighter, so it keeps out more noise and dust, but the shutter needs room to open inward. On a noisy road we often do casement with double glazing on the road side and sliding elsewhere.
Which glass should I use for noise and heat?
For noise, a double-glazed unit with two different glass thicknesses and an air gap does the real work. For heat on a west or south face, ask for reflective or heat-reflective glass. Plain 5mm clear float is fine for internal rooms and shaded sides, and 6mm toughened where safety matters.
How long does it take from order to fitting?
7 to 12 working days for most flats and houses, counted from the measurement and advance. Large orders, special colours or imported hardware add a few days and we tell you that before you commit.
Do you supply mosquito mesh and grills with the windows?
Yes. Mesh runs on its own track and comes out for cleaning. Grills can be aluminium in the same finish or MS, fitted inside the frame or on the outer face. Both are quoted separately so you can see what they add.
What happens if a window leaks in the monsoon?
Call us and we come back. Leaks are almost always blocked weep holes, a loose gasket or a bad silicone line at the outer joint, all of which are our work to put right. We test frames with water before handover so it rarely gets that far.
